The PPMS6000 system with a Cryomech closed cycle cold head is our central work horse to investigate quantum material thin films grown with our MBE systems. It is equipped with state of the art measurement electronics (3 x SRS830, Keithley 6221, …) measurement electronics and allows us to study linear and nonlinear (magneto-)electric transport properties (resistivity, Hall effect, magnoresistance, nonlinear Hall effects, …) over a wide temperature range of 1.8-400 K and in high magnetic fields of up to 9T.
